How big is a batch, really?
Twenty travellers, capped. We would rather close a departure than push it to twenty-five. Groups of this size fit one bus, one campsite and one dinner table.
I am travelling solo. Will that be awkward?
Roughly seven in ten of our travellers book alone. You get matched into a shared room with someone of the same gender, and you are added to the trip group chat about a week before departure.
What is included in the price?
Transport from the pickup point, all stays, breakfast and dinner, permits, the activities listed on the itinerary, and a trip captain for the whole run. Flights, lunches, personal shopping and anything marked optional are not included.
How do I hold a seat?
Fill the booking form or WhatsApp us. We block your seat against a booking amount and share the payment link and full itinerary by email the same day.
What if I need to cancel?
The booking amount is non-refundable, and the balance is refunded on a sliding scale depending on how close to departure you cancel. The full breakdown is on our Cancellations & Refunds page.
How fit do I need to be?
Weekend trips need nothing more than the ability to walk a few kilometres. Treks like Kheerganga, Triund and Chandrashila involve four to six hours of uphill walking — tell us in advance and we will be honest about whether a route suits you.
Is there an age limit?
Most batches sit between 21 and 35. We take travellers from 18 upward; under-18s need a guardian along, and we do not recommend our trips for children under 10.
Can I book a private batch for my own group?
Yes. Fifteen or more people and we will run a departure just for you, on your dates, with the itinerary adjusted to suit. Call us and we will put it together.
